Company entry

This is the section where visitors search for specific products.

Five entries in the product and service directory are already included in your basic entry. Booking multiple categories makes it easier for your customers to find you. Your booked product categories will be published online and the analytica app.

Get around the alphabetical order of the directory by having your company appear in first place after the name of the product-group category. Choose the Top of the list placement to highlight your entry.

With your logo in all directories your logo will also appear next to your selected product categories in the exhibitor directory and analytica app.

Book application sectors for your entry

This is the best way to be sure that your company can be found when visitors search according to application sectors in the exhhibitor directory and in the analytica app.

Two entries in the application directory are already included in your basic entry. Each additional entry costs € 95.

With your logo in all directories your logo will also appear next to your selected application sectors.

The exhibitor directory allow interested users to search for products and companies based on keywords.

Select the keywords that customers can use to call up your company. The more words you select, the easier it is for people to find you.

Highlight your booth in the hall plan with your logo and show the analytica visitors the way to your stand.

Your logo appears:

• in the online hall plans
• in the hall plan of the analytica app
• in the Visitor Guide
• on large poster plans on display at the exhibition site

Your video appears in the online exhibitor directory.

A prominent logo placement that increases your recognition factor. Make use of this option for attracting attendees to your booth – with your logo on the home page, in the footer of the exhibitor directory and in the analytica app which links to your detailed exhibitor profile.

The basic entry as per the mandatory communication fee* for main exhibitors, co-exhibitors and exhibitors at joint pavilions includes the following media services in the exhibitor directory and the analytica app:

• Exhibitor profile (exhibitor directory/analytica app):
  – Company name, street, postal code, town, country, phone, e-mail, website, hall/stand
  – Social media links
  – Teaser text (80 characters incl. spaces, German/English) 
  – Company description (800 characters incl. spaces, German/English)
  – Digital contact form 
  – Contacts sales, press, technical support
• Product and service directory:
  5 entries with company name, postal code, town, country, hall/stand
• Application directory:
  2 entries with company name, postal code, town, country, hall/stand
• Hall plan (only for exhibitors with their own stand):
  Company name, hall/stand

Exhibitors can book additional entries in the respective media for extra charges.
